Mountain Laurel Montessori

Mountain Laurel Montessori is a nature-based, child-centered school in Roxborough, Philadelphia, serving children ages 3–6. Our Montessori program fosters curiosity, independence, and a love of learning through hands-on exploration, creative expression, and purposeful work. Community and connection to the natural world are central to our approach. Children spend time outdoors daily in local parks and green spaces, take neighborhood trips to places like the public library, and participate in service projects that build empathy and responsibility.
