Member Retention Lead 

The Membership Retention Lead plays a key role in supporting member retention, engagement, and overall member experience across the organization. This position combines relationship-building, operational coordination, and data-informed outreach to support renewal efforts for school and individual members. Working closely with teams across the organization, the Membership Retention Lead helps ensure members receive timely support, remain connected to AMS resources and programs, and experience consistent, responsive service throughout the membership lifecycle.

Marketing Manager

The American Montessori Society (AMS) is seeking a highly organized, data-driven, and creative Marketing Manager to lead the organization’s marketing efforts. This role combines strategy, execution, technology, and storytelling to create campaigns that resonate with our audience and elevate the brand.  The ideal candidate is a HubSpot guru who can build sophisticated audience journeys, improve content segmentation, provide up to date campaign reporting, and help AMS deepen engagement across the Montessori community at large.
