The AMS Montessori Leadership & Strategic Impact Institute offers three interconnected pathways that empower professionals to take their place as builders of Montessori’s future globally:
AMS Montessori Emerging Global Leadership Fellows (8 months) – For credentialed educators eager to explore leadership, the fellowship offers a transformative year of growth, providing the vision, skills, and confidence to define your voice, expand your influence, and step onto the pathway toward becoming a distinguished Montessori leader at the local, regional, and global levels.
AMS Montessori Innovation Think Tank Lab (10 months) – A collaborative hub where bold thinkers become designers of change. Participants investigate challenges and create innovative solutions that keep Montessori education vibrant and globally relevant.
AMS Montessori Action Research Studio (2 years) – A dedicated space for practitioner-researchers. Over the course of two years, participants design and conduct action research that strengthens Montessori scholarship and contributes new knowledge to the global field.
