Collaborate with visionary Montessori educators to design, test, and scale innovative solutions for the future of Montessori education.

The AMS Montessori Innovation Think Tank Lab invites visionary educators and leaders to investigate pressing challenges, co-design research-informed solutions, and prototype models that keep Montessori vibrant and globally relevant, all while honoring fidelity to the method.

This is a pivotal time for Montessori education, and the Think Tank Lab convenes a collaborative community of designers and doers. Over the course of 10 months, participants frame problems, test ideas in the field, gather evidence, and refine tools that can scale, ultimately contributing directly to future AMS programs, resources, and strategic initiatives.

    The Think Tank is built for visionary educators and leaders ready to move beyond identifying challenges to designing solutions. Participants will investigate a consequential issue, develop an innovative response, and transform promising ideas into practical models for the Montessori field.

    Work alongside a national cohort of Montessori practitioners, school leaders, researchers, curriculum designers, and systems thinkers. Through facilitated design sessions, peer collaboration, and feedback from AMS leaders and subject-matter experts, participants will strengthen ideas and accelerate learning.
