AMS Innovation Think Tank Fellowship

Collaborate with visionary Montessori educators to design, test, and scale innovative solutions for the future of Montessori education.

At A Glance

  • Design What Comes Next
The Think Tank is built for visionary educators and leaders ready to move beyond identifying challenges to designing solutions. Participants will investigate a consequential issue, develop an innovative response, and transform promising ideas into practical models for the Montessori field.
  • Innovate in Community
Work alongside a national cohort of Montessori practitioners, school leaders, researchers, curriculum designers, and systems thinkers. Through facilitated design sessions, peer collaboration, and feedback from AMS leaders and subject-matter experts, participants will strengthen ideas and accelerate learning.
  • Prototype in Practice
Move ideas from concept to implementation through structured inquiry, field testing, evidence collection, and iterative refinement. Participants will develop research-informed prototypes that respond to contemporary educational realities while remaining grounded in Montessori principles.
  • Build for Broader Impact
