“Reimagining the Future of Montessori—Together”

The AMS Montessori Innovation Think Tank Lab invites visionary educators and leaders to investigate pressing challenges, co-design research-informed solutions, and prototype models that keep Montessori vibrant and globally relevant, all while honoring fidelity to the method.

This is a pivotal time for Montessori education, and the Think Tank Lab convenes a collaborative community of designers and doers. Over the course of 10 months, participants frame problems, test ideas in the field, gather evidence, and refine tools that can scale, ultimately contributing directly to future AMS programs, resources, and strategic initiatives.

  • Purpose: To empower Montessori educators and leaders to design, pilot, and refine innovative, evidence-informed projects that respond to today’s educational realities and guide AMS’s evolving work.
  • Audience: For credentialed Montessori practitioners and leaders: school heads, program designers, curriculum leads, researchers—ready to collaborate, prototype, and drive impactful innovation.
