Join us for the 2024 MPPI Advocacy Conference: Uniting Voices and Igniting Change for Montessori
This is a special announcement from MPPI. MPPI (Montessori Public Policy Initiative) serves as the policy and advocacy arm of AMS.
“May we all feel safe, held, and sound enough to lean into imagining and embodying what our #thriving looks like, and may the practice be so sweet and irresistible that it has no choice but to invite others to join us in this liberatory journey” - Lucy Recio
Join us for a Keynote and Fireside chat with Lucy Recio, a distinguished leader and early childhood education social movement strategist, builder, and weaver, at the 2024 MPPI Advocacy Conference.
Together, let's explore how we prepare ourselves to take concrete actions to ensure the accessibility of safe, quality Montessori education for all children. Join us in strategizing the realization of education systems that give voice to educators, children, and their families, that hold sacred the social, emotional, and academic needs of our children, and that are accessible to all children and families.
- How can we disrupt current educational systems - to create accessible child-centered education for all children?
- How can we create intentional spaces for our youth to realize their full potential?
- How do we do the work necessary to know and support the actualization of every child?
Don’t miss the opportunity to engage deeply with these questions, and to join us in becoming part of a tipping point.
We need you. We need your expertise, wisdom, and embodied wholeness. Your perseverance and lived experience can help shape how we advocate for the world we want to live in.
