Kate Babineau
Kate Babineau (she/her) is the research consultant at AMS. She is a senior research fellow with the Cowen Institute at Tulane University and a Cohort 9 Fellow with Harvard University's Strategic Data Project. Her areas of interest include qualitative and mixed-methods research, data visualization, research ethics, and making educational systems more equitable for excluded populations. Prior to joining the Cowen Institute, Kate earned her MSc in Applied Social Research and her PhD in Social Policy in 2014 from Trinity College, Dublin. She is forever interested in the intersection between education data, design, and the democratization of information.

Hannah Joy Baynham (she/her) is the director of learning and professional development at AMS. She helps to consider the continuous spiritual preparation of the Montessori guide, by listening, creating, and responding to the community's needs for professional development. Ask her about the AMS Learning on demand library or about many of our wonderful professional development opportunities. She also would love to hear any suggestions you may have about how AMS can better support your professional needs and the children you serve.

Kimberlee Bollbach (she/her) is the membership manager at AMS. She supports the team that processes school membership applications, oversees the general process for individual memberships, and the membership customer service we extend to all. She also assists with member registration to The Montessori Event. As an AMS credentialed Infant & Toddler and Early Childhood Montessori teacher she enjoys speaking with school leaders about the five core components and how important they are in establishing a quality Montessori program.

Becky Booth (she/her) is a member service specialist at AMS. She assists in all aspects of school and individual membership with AMS, such as: answering questions from current and prospective members, processing school membership applications, and keeping member contact information updated. Liz Buechele (she/her) is the communication & development manager at AMS. She assures that all written and spoken words from AMS are grammatically (and stylistically) correct. Kathy Carey (she/her) is co-editor of Montessori Life magazine. She commissions stories, reviews submissions, and polishes and edits articles for publication. She works with authors, AMS staff, and a team of graphic designers and printers to get the magazine to subscribers on time. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and writing.

Stephanie Cavinder (she/her) is a member of the teacher education department at AMS. She helps teacher education programs become affiliated with AMS and assists with the scholarship processes for adult learners. She supports quality adult Montessori education. Marie Conti (she/her) is the director of regional community relations at AMS. She maintains relationships with local groups, state Montessori organizations, Montessori Public Policy Initiative (MPPI), and community organizations aligned with AMS's work and mission to increase stakeholder connection with AMS. She also manages regional initiatives and the AMS Regional Action Commission (RAC).

Nikki Dipaola (she/her) is the staff accountant at AMS. She is responsible for payables, collections, recording transactions, and invoicing. She also maintains financial records and assists in the preparation of the annual audit. Ask her about anything regarding AMS finances.

Danielle Hardoon (she/her) is the public Montessori school program consultant at AMS. She connects and communicates with current AMS public Montessori member schools and supports unaffiliated public schools interested in AMS membership. Danielle works with the professional development team to design AMS Learning and live sessions for public school Montessori educators. Danielle also leads AMS’s Championing Montessori in Public Schools Initiative (CMPSI) program. Ask her about joining the pre-conference program for public school and district leaders at The Montessori Event.
