The Senior Director of Accreditation and Affiliation provides visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational excellence to AMS’s school accreditation and teacher education program (TEP) affiliation processes. This role focuses on enhancing quality assurance, streamlining operational efficiency, and driving growth in accredited AMS schools and AMS-affiliated TEPs. This position supervises the Director of School Accreditation and the Director of Teacher Education, ensuring alignment between these critical areas of AMS’s mission. Working collaboratively across departments and commissions, the Senior Director ensures consistency, quality, and a best-in-class experience for AMS members, contributing to AMS’s global reputation and strategic growth objectives.
Executive Assistant to the Executive Director (Fully Remote Position at Not-for-Profit Association)
The Executive Assistant to the Executive Director is a key member of the senior leadership team, providing high-level administrative, logistical, and strategic support to the Executive Director (ED). This role manages the day-to-day operations of the ED office, Board committee work and development efforts. Additionally, the Executive Associate represents the ED at internal and external events and facilitates seamless communication and coordination across the organization. The role requires travel 3–4 times annually to support events such as annual retreats, The Montessori Event, Board meetings, and other organizational activities.
Digital Marketing Manager, Website, Advertising & Analytics (Fully Remote Position at Not-for-Profit Association)
The Digital Marketing Manager supports AMS’s mission by growing individual and school memberships, maximizing member and nonmember revenue, driving leads for events and new Montessori teachers, and increasing engagement with parents, schools, and other key audiences. The role oversees AMS websites and paid ad conversions, ensuring seamless user experiences, optimized functionality, and robust analytics reporting. This role will also manage relationships with external partners, including AMS’s web agency, which will provide support with web development and ongoing SEO.
