LGBTQIA+ Affinity Group Space

Session Description

The LGBTQIA+ Montessori Educators Affinity Group is being revitalized! With this group, we hope to create many points of connection, provide support and resources, and form a safe space for sharing experiences. Most importantly, we hope to strengthen the very important work of LGBTQIA+ Montessorians and allies in helping children and families feel included, represented, and more than just accepted, but honored and loved. Whether you are someone who enjoys speaking up or you are more of a quiet observer, we welcome any and all Montessori educators to join us when we meet monthly on Zoom, as well as once in person at the next annual Montessori Event in March. Our first Zoom meeting will be Tuesday, September 16, at 7:00 pm EST.
