Attendees of the AMS 2014 Annual Conference must be 18 years or older. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted to conference events and/or locations that are under the aegis of the conference, such as the Exhibit Hall.
Early Bird Registration
Early Bird rates are effective through Friday, January 17, 2014 at 11:59 ET. To qualify, registrations must be submitted online, postmarked, or faxed by this date and time.
Registration will close 27 days prior to the event on February 28, 2014 at 11:59 ET and reopen at the conference registration desk on March 26, 2014. However, AMS reserves the right to close registration earlier should we reach the maximum number of registrants that we can responsibly accommodate.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Requests for refunds of conference registration fees must be made in writing and e-mailed, postmarked, or faxed by the following dates:
February 7, 2014: For those who registered after the Early Bird deadline (January 18 or later)
February 26, 2014: For those who registered by the Early Bird deadline (January 17 or earlier)
Refunds will be disbursed within 30 days after the conference. For each canceled registration, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. You may request a refund by e-mail, postal mail (AMS, 116 East 16th Street, New York, NY 10003), or fax (212-358-1256).
An AMS tote bag will be distributed at the conference to each participant who registers by Friday, January 17, 2014 at 11:59 ET. Participants who register after this date will be given totes as available.
Reprinting of Name Badge
If you lose or misplace your name badge during the conference, the replacement fee will be $35.
Permission to Photograph
By registering for this conference, you are agreeing that at this event or related activities you may be photographed, and that you allow your photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, and organizers.
