My core values are rooted in connection, growth, lifelong learning, and a deep commitment to Montessori philosophy. I believe schools are best built through authentic relationships—with children, families, teachers, and fellow leaders—and that we grow when we learn from and support one another. I am interested in serving again this year as an AMS Ambassador because I value the opportunity to create meaningful connections, share experiences, and support leaders in aligning their decisions, practices, and school communities with Montessori principles. I believe that when we remain grounded in Montessori while continuing to learn and grow, we are able to better serve children.
