As a Montessorian, I ground my leadership in Grace and Courtesy. Balancing clarity, calm, and care for our entire school community, teachers, parents, children, and board members, is a deeply humbling and often lonely responsibility. I am passionate about supporting fellow Heads of School because none of us should lead in isolation. When we build a true “village” to share our challenges and joys, we validate one another and find the inspiration to keep moving forward.
