Having previously led a cohort of Heads of School, I found the experience deeply rewarding and was reminded of how valuable it is for leaders to have trusted colleagues with whom they can share ideas, navigate difficult situations, and continue to grow. I am interested in leading a new cohort because I would welcome the opportunity to build on that experience and create a supportive space for thoughtful reflection, honest conversation, and mutual learning. My goal is not to tell other leaders how to lead, but to help them feel supported, gain perspective, and discover their own path forward.
