Payment and Cancellation Policies

Transfer of Registration

You may transfer your event registration to another person in your organization until April 30, 2026. Please email registrations@amshq.org.

Refunds

Registration fees are non-refundable after April 30, 2026. Cancellations prior to April 30 will incur a $50 processing fee. Cancellations requests must be made in writing by emailing finance@amshq.org. Refund requests will be processed using the same method of payment used for registration. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. You will be notified once the refund has been processed.

“No-shows” are not eligible for a refund. AMS is not responsible for any hotel room cancellations; please contact your hotel directly.

Registration does not guarantee seating in sessions where occupancy is full, and refunds will not be granted based on inability to attend desired sessions.

Payment Options

Payment is due at the time of registration and registration is not final until payment has been received.

Payment may be made in one of the following ways:

• E-check payment at registration checkout
• Credit card payment at registration checkout 

In addition, schools may submit group payments using the following methods:

• ACH transfer through your bank’s payment system
• Mail check to AMS – (including Purchase Orders)
• Wire transfer

Wellness Policy

In an effort to keep all our attendees, presenters, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff healthy, The AMS Asia Conference will be conducted in accordance with local and federal regulations and guidelines related to mass gatherings.

AMS will continuously monitor best practices from health experts to make decisions that best support the well-being of our community.

In the unlikely event that local or federal mandates result in the necessary cancellation of the conference…

Authorized Attendees

No person under the age of 18, including infants and toddlers, either handheld or in carriers, will be permitted at the conference or exhibit hall. This policy is in effect to address safety concerns as well as to ensure the professional nature of the event. We love children (clearly!) and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Consent for Use of Image

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, AMS conferences and events constitutes an agreement for AMS, or anyone authorized by AMS, to record and use, as AMS may desire in its sole and absolute discretion, all recording and reproductions or depictions of such exhibitor’s, or attendee’s name, likeness, voice, persona, words, actions, and/or biography, which AMS may make, including without limitation, the right for AMS, or anyone authorized by AMS, to use such recordings, reproductions, or depictions in or in connection with any legitimate purposes, including for advertising, publicity, trade, and editorial purposes, at any time in the future in all media now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world.
