Grounded in the principles of Cosmic Education, the Academy offers an immersive experience in adult learning and coaching practices. Through a spiral curriculum, participants explored five essential focus areas: Montessori philosophy, child development, Montessori curriculum, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), and Montessori coaching.
