From the Organization
The Montessori Education Center of the Rockies (MECR) offers three American Montessori Society teacher preparatory courses. The training center also responds to the growing number of requests for information and workshops on Montessori education in the Rocky Mountain Area.
Did you know that MECR is one of the few Montessori Teacher Training Centers in the US that is eligible to receive Title IV funds? MECR can disburse Federal Pell Grants and loans. Our Title IV eligibility also allows MECR to accept Americorps credits and VA education benefits. We want everyone to be able to receive high-quality Montessori training, so we work hard to meet students’ financial needs.
MECR is affiliated with the American Montessori Society, www.amshq.org. The Montessori Accreditation Council for Teachers, www.macte.org, accredits our certification courses.
