Megan Ricks brings a global mindset and experience in the nonprofit sector to strategic planning, using community-based approaches to foster stakeholder participation to cultivate sustainable development. Her experience includes the United States Peace Corps, Asylum Access, International Rescue Committee, NORRAG/Global Partnership for Education, UNESCO, and Texas Education Agency. Currently, Megan is the director of strategic development at Bowman School.
