American Montessori Society Brings Annual Conference to Orlando in 2024
The Montessori Event, the largest professional conference for Montessori educators in the world, is being held March 7 – 10, 2024 in Orlando, FL at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center.
We look forward to bringing our Montessori community to Orlando to grow, learn, and network, and to support the hundreds of Florida-based AMS members and the tens of thousands of students whose lives they impact.
Wherever we gather, it’s about what we, as Montessori educators, do and what we stand for.
While we are in Orlando, we look forward to seeing how this community will build a better world through Montessori. Leading up to the conference, we will be using our blog to highlight the planned activism of many of our members who seek to advocate for peace and social justice.
We hope you will join us.

Published: June 15, 2023
AMS’s mission is to empower humanity to build a better world through Montessori. AMS’s vision is Montessori for all, embraced around the globe. Our commitment extends to the many Florida-based AMS members, schools, teacher education programs, and the countless students whose lives they impact. We acknowledge their significance and remain steadfast in our support.
As we gather in Orlando for The Montessori Event 2024, we each again will contribute to shared understanding, empathy, and collaborative solutions. Our conference program continues to be aligned with AMS’s values of respect, integrity, diversity, inclusiveness, responsibility, and enthusiasm.
We respect the individual decisions and personal choices of each Montessori Event participant. And again in 2024, AMS will deliver an engaging, interactive virtual experience for those who are not attending in person. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can access the global event, engage with fellow Montessori educators worldwide, and benefit from the invaluable content that The Montessori Event offers.
We are sincerely appreciative of our members’ ongoing dedication to our vibrant community and the broader Montessori movement. We look forward to seeing you in person or online in March!
Sincerely,
AMS Board of Directors
