AMS Emerging Global Leadership Fellows
Develop the confidence, skills, and connections to lead the future of Montessori education.
The AMS Montessori Emerging Global Leadership Fellows empower credentialed educators to step into leadership with clarity and confidence. Over the course of one year, fellows engage in mentorship, collaborative cohort learning, and guided practice, culminating in a high-impact capstone that advances their school or community.
This is a pivotal time for Montessori education, and the Fellowship cultivates a network of rising leaders committed to translating Montessori principles into action. Fellows refine their voice, broaden their influence, and build the dispositions and skills needed to guide teams, shape programs, and contribute to Montessori’s global future.
