“Enroll well to retain well!” If parents clearly understood that they were making a 3-year commitment to their children’s early education, they would never consider “robbing” them of their final leadership year, the culmination of the 3-year Early Childhood cycle. How do you clearly communicate the perfection of this “final” year to both your prospective and current EC parents?

Join this webinar and learn how to market your Early Childhood 3-year cycle. We'll highlight a specific and clear, individualized curriculum with tri-annual benchmarks (as opposed to annual). Learn how to design a Continuous Parent Education program that will guide parents through the genius of the Montessori EC classroom, complete with special emphasis on both the reading and leadership curricula. Discover how this will insure that you retain your current parents and “put the word out” in the community that your 3-year program creates strong readers and leaders.

Finally, learn the critical importance of helping parents to understand that the Montessori 3-year EC program provides developmentally appropriate preparation for the Elementary years.

Learner Outcomes:

You will come away with solid tools for helping parents to understand the critical importance of retaining their child in the third year of the Montessori Early Childhood program.

You will gain a keen understanding of topics to be discussed with parents as part of you continuing parent education program, and prepare you to do so. Topics will include:

  • The value of giving children the opportunity to gain full comprehension, via a third year in Montessori Early Childhood, of concepts explored during the first 2  years of Montessori EC
  • The natural transition, seen in the EC third year, to in-depth academic work
  • The deepening of children’s social/emotional development that is seen in the third year of EC, and how it will serve them in later years
  • How the complete Montessori 3-year EC cycle prepares children for  transitioning into Elementary
  • Tri-annual benchmarking: what, how, and why
  • Novice, apprentice, mentor—or, How the Montessori 3-year EC cycle prepares puts children on a path to leadership
