Hats off to our latest cohort of Emerging Leader Fellows for completing their yearlong program of study and mentorship with us on Sunday, March 21, 2021.

The AMS Emerging Leaders Fellowship Program is a professional development initiative that provides a year of structured learning, mentoring, and networking opportunities to individuals who would like to take their involvement in the Montessori community to new levels.

The selection process for fellows is a competitive one, and we applaud our newest graduates both on their acceptance into the program as well as the spirit of wonder, creativity, and determination to advance that they demonstrated over the past 12 months. It was a period of transformation not only for them, but for those of us who worked alongside them in the program.
