products and services.
Sponsorship opportunities are priced to meet the resources of all organizations—small,

sponsorships. We look forward to your participation!
CONTACT: For pricing and other information, please
contact Kristine Cooper, director of development: 212-358-1250 x311 or kristine@amshq.org.
SOLD Dr. Nancy McCormick
Rambusch Lecture: This annual event, which honors
AMS founder Dr. Nancy McCormick Rambusch, will take on special significance
at our 2010 Annual Conference, when we celebrate our 50th anniversary!
On hand to introduce the Rambusch lecturer will be Dr. Rambusch’s
daughter herself, Alexandra Rambusch. Sponsorship of the event will include
signs with your logo displayed on monitors inside the lecture hall.
SOLD Conference Tote Bags: These
sturdy tote bags, given to all attendees, are both a favorite on-site
item and “conference take-away.” In
addition to providing a handy place to store all the wonderful information
collected during the conference, the totes are used for months after
the conference and sometimes even years! Sponsor recognition includes
your logo prominently printed on the bag, along with the AMS and conference
logo.
SOLD Conference Lanyards: Be
front and center on the minds of our conference goers when your organization
sponsors the official conference lanyard. The lanyard is one of the most
visible conference items. It is worn by all attendees to secure their
name badge—required to be worn by
all attendees throughout the entire conference. Your logo, along with
the AMS logo, will be printed on the lanyard.
SOLD On-Site Conference
Guide: The on-site conference guide offers the most
up-to-date information on the conference including daily schedules of
activities and room assignments, a hotel map, and Exhibit Hall information.
Conference attendees refer to it throughout the day, every day, as a
guide to where they need to be and how to get there. Sponsorship includes
a full-page, black-and-white ad on the outside back cover of the program
book—a venue often referred to in the publishing industry as “prime
real estate,” because of its high-volume visibility.
SOLD Pens: Conference
attendees will find the pen, emblazoned with your name, useful as they
jot down tips and ideas learned during the conference. Your organization’s
name will be printed on the barrel of the pen.
SOLD Note Pads: Each
conference attendee will receive a custom-designed note pad imprinted
with your organization’s logo on every page. Conference
goers use the note pads to take notes during workshop sessions, and to
capture tips and ideas learned during the conference.
Sponsorship Entitlements: In addition to the specific entitlements for
each item, all sponsorships include:
- Your logo displayed and hyperlinked to your school, program, or organization,
as a conference sponsor, on the AMS Website
- Listing as sponsor in the
on-site conference guide, Montessori Life, and AMS Newsletter
- Verbal
acknowledgement as a sponsor at a plenary event at the conference by
the AMS executive director and/or AMS president
- Acknowledgment as a
sponsor on specially designed conference signage
- Priority exhibit booth
location in the Exhibit Hall (if you purchase exhibit space, first-come,
first served)
- Acknowledgment as a sponsor in post-conference communications
