“In the course of my life and research, I have come to understand that the most important human task is to nurture and educate children. And the more I learn about Montessori schools, the more Montessori teachers I meet, the more impressed I am by the power of Montessori education.
“Montessori education gives young people tools to explore the world, to be active, to take initiative, to be creative. It empowers children.
“Montessori education embodies what I call partnership education. It is designed not only to help young people better navigate through difficult times but also to help them create a more peaceful, equitable, and sustainable future. For this reason, it is perhaps more important today than ever before.”
